The knife is totally made by hand from 01 Tool Steel,

This Utility survival knife is well balanced in the hand,

and is a modern design on our Bushcraft Knife
 

Scales (handles) are epoxy bonded and pinned with

4mm Brass Pins and a 6mm Lanyard Loop

The blade has been made from 4mm X 35mm bar,

The finished product measures approx

Overall  21.5cm

Handle 11cm,

Blade 10.5cm

Hardened to Rockwell 56

This design is 1 of 2 designs (the other is the Chameleon tracker survival knife listed in my shop) field tested on the Bushcraft Courses I run in my other business

Over a 100 clients in a 6 week period have used and given their feedback on this design (thank you if you are one of those clients)

Their input as to blade shape, thickness, balance, depth of scales (handles), hygiene (cleaning and maintanence) and Sheath design, among other factors, have all been taken on board,

As a result of these field trials I have now produced a small quantity of these in various handle types
